### Where can I set the GST/VAT rate?

The tax rate is automatically detected based on shopify settings, it takes into account the country, region and postal code of the customer as well as a product type. You can also rewrite it in your store's settings.

### Can I customize the invoice template?

Currently you can upload your own logo and we will make sure it's compliant with the tax laws of your country.

### Which accounting software do you integrate with?

We can work with virtually any accounting software through our email forwarding feature. Simply set up automatic email forwarding of invoices to your accounting system's unique email address, and they'll be automatically imported. This flexible approach works with QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, and many others.

### How are the monthly orders calculated?

Monthly orders are calculated based on the number of invoices generated in a calendar month. Any unused order allowance doesn't roll over to the next month. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your needs.

### Can I download previous orders' invoices?

Yes, you can download previous orders' invoices, even for the orders before you started using Tax Invoice.

### What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?

If you approach your monthly limit, we'll notify you so you can upgrade to a higher plan. We ensure there's no disruption to your invoice generation while you decide on the best plan for your needs.
